Hi, I’m Mélysha— a trainer, speaker, and former corporate coach who believes in teaching through connection, not intimidation.

For over two decades, I worked in call centers and customer service roles, often helping clients through frustrating, emotional, and tech-heavy conversations. I realized that my ability to empathize quickly and connect effortlessly wasn’t just helping customers — it was transforming teams.

When I noticed how much better people performed using my approach, I began training my colleagues with the same tools. The shift in confidence, communication, and service quality was so clear, I knew I had something bigger to share. That’s when I decided to leave my corporate training role and launch MMGV MEDIA— to scale up the impact and help people across industries thrive through skill-building and support.
